The Sierra™ Gel Overlay offers the comfort, protection and durability your clients need. Incorporating a series of gel bladders encapsulated between a high-density polyurethane sculptured foam shell and support base creates a therapeutic and cost effective support surface. Incorporating the best features and benefits of gel and foam, the Sierra™ Gel Overlay offers an optimal environment for skin protection.

The one-piece construction requires no assembly. Simply place the overlay on top of an existing mattress and secure with the elastic corner straps.
