Was VERY easy to assemble. I am amazed at the thought that this spa actually is all it says it is. I put a styrophone sheet underneath for added cushion and insulation on my cememnt floor.

We love it..for the price and ease of set up. This is a great starter hot tub. It is not suitable for 5-6 people. more like 3 adults and a child maybe. That's okay though cuz it's more relaxing

I bought this spa for relief of arthritis and fibromyligia pain and stiffness. I rated this 5 star because it works wonderfully. I use twice a day and it is really helping. I do want to say that this spa is bascially a plastic liner held tog. by styrofoam panals. I don't think it would hold up to lots of people/kids. If you want to entertain, this is probably not the spa for you. If you want pain refief, relaxation, and soothing comfort,this spa is perfect. I put this spa in my basement.

-Allegro very prompt, handled questions well & delivered as promised.
-jets clever; a 12" inflatable band at low-to-mid back level around vinyl liner; plenty of air pushed through many non-directable jets.
-surprisingly little outward force exerted on walls by load when full; in fact, liner snaps onto joint pillars, no sign of stress there, either
-outer wall panels cool to touch, meaning little heat loss; with heater off & covers on, went 100F->99F in ~1.5hr (65F ambient temp)
-situated mine under deck, v difficult location, but all pieces small, so no problem- BIG issue with 1-piece spas I considered
-don't need perfect concrete pad; I used plywood over gravel; probably would lose heat faster if placed directly on ground
-no seats, so 27" height still neck-deep; also, less water=lower electric bills
-very quiet circulator motor when not in use
-1kW heater cannot keep up with heat loss when jets on with covers off; recovers at ~1 degree/hr
-holds temp set-point well, but would prefer a program to heat it up a bit as I drive home from work!
-some info on proper water maintenance & chemical supplies would be useful; manual only addresses filter maintenance
-wall panels appear reversible; other side is dark brown, which some may prefer to the fake wood-grain (though I didn't do this, because I liked the fwg fine)
-really didn't need tools to assemble (well, 2 phillips screws for air line)

I got this tub 5 years ago with the expectation the novelty would wear off after a few months but it didn't! I use it 4 to 5 times a week to relax after work. I needed a tub I could get up into my family room over the garage and this was the perfect solution. I have tried others at friends and on vacation and I love mine the best. Easy to maintain. I have had to replace the motor after 4 years and it is not recommended for more than 2 people at a time in the tub, but if you take care of it it will take care of you!

This spa is great at first but it is built to break down. Comfort line products will not sell the replacement parts to the public so any repair will cost hundreds of dollars. Power pack replacement is the most common issue. I now need my third $420 power pack and refuse to sink any more money into this product.
