T.E.D.™ Knee Length Anti-embolism Stockings. These stockings are prescribed for the recuperating person to avoid blood clots. Nylon, full-foot with inspection toe. Calf circumference determines size. Measure the calf circumference at greatest portion to determine size. Measure the distance from the bend of knee to the bottom of heel to determine length. (If possible, measure length in standing position.)Latex-free. 18 mmHG compression. Latex Free. White. Case of 12 pairs.

how often should the ted hose be removed, especially for hospitalized patients. Should they be off at night when the patient is in bed

Remove daily to inspect the skin but they may stay on at night. Their use is for anti-embolism.
