I get the greatest relief from arthritis with this product...I use it every night & even take it with me when I travel...The aromatherapy is very soothing & allows me to sleep all night. I now have 2 of them...The only down side is that it gets very dirty after years of use & I cannot get it clean...The new ones now come with a cover thats goood!! if the microwave is too small just fold it in half It still heats evenly.
