Lowback challanged.

I had one like this when I had a leg problem and thought this would work great for my back to wrap around. It was very difficult to hold in place and bring the wrap around without the velcro sticking together. Tried several different attempts(long story short) and decided I needed extra hands.Ended up having to lay down anyways to keep the pack in place. Great for legs or where you can do it comfortably by yourself,as a backwrap I would suggest having someone help you. Otherwise a good product.
