I used this on the hills in San Francisco and had no problems! If it can take me up and down those hills it's fantastic for nearly anything. I had to adjust speed of course but there was no problem with going up or down with ease. I was only renting for 4 days for that trip but will have one of my own as soon as I can get the money together to own one! Unfortunately with the US Government that can take a while with what they pay for disability, even at 100%. I promise if you buy this you'll love it. I used it 2 full days before having to charge it! If it can handle San Francisco, it will surely handle Denver!
