• Service Checks and Warranty Service must be performed by a dealer or provider authorized by Drive Medical. All transportation costs and shipping damaged incurred while submitting parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the original purchaser. In some cases there may be a labor charge to remove and replace warranted parts.
