The frame is constructed of durable powder coated steel and features pneumatic tires for smooth, quiet operation. The bed is constructed of high-density polythylene. The OSI Mobility Scooter Premium Poly Utility Cart includes an adapter tube that allows attachment to the 1" square tube receivers.
