works OK, and some less expensive than others. Good is that it uses over the counter batteries (aaa), and you can flip the reading to or away from patient. The lanyard and rubber sheathing makes it more durable and keeps it clean. Took it to a hiking event, and everyone whated to see their reading and campare. I think the reproducibility (there therefore reliability) is good.

Did not work
Pros:
Lightweight.
Easy To Use.
Cons:
Not Effective.
The only reading that worked was the pulse rate, the pulse ox was 98 no matter who used it. I have COPD and it never told my true pulse ox. Perhaps mine was just one bad product.

The item is simple to use and accurate. The problem is if a non-medical buyer wanted to use this item, the instructions that come with the item would be confusing, and a non-medical person would not know how to use it.
