I have had severe COPD since 2002. I did use the unit in 2002 and 2003 but stopped. That was a mistake. By December of 2007 I was barely functional. Out of desperation I began using the voldyne again. I developed a routine and by November of 2008 the difference was dramatic. My lung capacity went up 50%. I recommend the product.
