 How do I get instructions for use and operation? I don't think the indicator in the large chamber is working right.It fell out of the chamber and may have been put back incorrectly

I cannot get my Voldyne to work. I have only used it a couple of times. I'm sure it is not broken but I must be doing something wrong. It will not hold air. It comes out the holes on the left side.
