In terms of dimensions, the Aneros Helix is larger at the tip (1 1/16" versus 0.9" on the MGX) and more angled to provide a more vigorous massage. However, the mid-ridge is slightly smaller (1/16" smaller) on the Helix. All reports about the Helix have been wonderful!

Not the best for the money

I bought this item a few months back and at first it felt good but just didnt do the best job. Dont get me wrong it feels good but it just didnt stimulate enough for me. The most annoying part of it is the two curvy handle things that dig into your taint.....to distracting.

It a great device for guys. Enhances the pleasure with male release and even when doing kegels.
I would recommend this to a buddy, I have also given one to my neighbor as a buddy gift and he can thank me enough.
The front arm of the device is a little uncomfortable pressing on the perineum, but a plastic or rubber screw cap that you can buy at a hardware store with fix this issue if it becomes one for you as it did for me. All and all it is worth to own one.
