I'm disabled & our sex life had dwindled badly due to my inability to find any comfortable positions. Then I found the Black Label Ramp by Liberator - wow! With this, along with their smaller wedge, I'm able to get comfy & get in great positions, enabling me to both give & receive again, and our sex life has blossomed! I can't rave about this enough, so I'll just say there is a very very happy, satisfied couple here who are forever grateful! If you're disabled, unable to bear weight on your knees, have severe back pain, arthritis, etc... do yourself & your partner a giant favor and give this a try. I do highly recommend getting the smaller wedge to go with it, it adds a great variety of positions and angles. The cuffs and other accessories are fun too! ;)
