This is a very fun easy product. It has a cute little travel bag for it and has a silicone cover which you can only put on one of the sizes and doesn't fit very snug. I would for sure recommend this product.

I have been going to PT for pelvic floor, I have chronic pelvic pain from spasms. My gynie and PT stated that the muscles are tight on one side. Would this help?
