My husband is bedridden and incontinent. This product cleans the perineal area well but it is really not necessary since the Vesta product we use for his allover bed baths does the job as well or better. He does not like the feeling of being sprayed so we use this product on a washcloth. The lemon scent is artificial and borders on unpleasant -- like bathroom cleaner.
