Dispensed as a liquid spray, it is more convenient than soap and water cleansing from a basin. The spray is alcohol-free and pH balanced. This is the only cleanser used around my ostomy area and burn wounds at the same time. All the Aloe Vesta products are great except the Foam which dries leaving sticky residue. Love the lemon fresh smell most of all as I an cleansing.

 How long does product stay good? The lot# is;1279A1.Just want to make sure that the cleanser is still good, & does not have a expiration date.

In answer to your question, my experience with this particular product proved to be most effective in that it neutralizes the ammoniated smell of stale urine on my clients. That was the optimum...but it also NEVER irritated the skin and even improved raw areas by making clean-up gentle and quick. I buy this to give (unabashedly) as stocking stuffers for men and women because it always gets rave reviews from those using it. If you have to pick one product to test...go for the foaming cleanser!
