i use this product daily for washing open wounds i have on my shins due to leg ulcers, and the surrounding fragile skin, before i apply my daily bandage/dressing. it is not messy and you don't have to use a lot of it. we also used this to wash my dad in between baths/showers and it was very effective. my only complaint is really only a matter of convenience. the bottle must be held upright to properly dispense the foam. it cannot be used at an angle.

YES.... HERE at Alegro Medical. I have been looking for years. Great price if you order enough to make $25 during the week of no shipping. I am ecstatic!! One has to determine whether what they are buying is a better deal with 45% off RETAIL or FREE SHIPPING. It alternates pretty much every week. Awesome product, takes the stink out of anything, even "critter" stink in the rug & awful body odor!!

I always get it from Allegro Medical. They usually offer a discount or free shipping. I use whichever offers the best deal. You could do a search for the product and check prices.

In the last year or so, I have looked around the internet, but haven't found a cheaper place than Allegro Medical if I take advantage of their various deals at the top of their website, such as an extra % off list price, or free shipping if you buy a specific dollar amount. Just make sure you click on "details" to get the the appropriate code which you'll need to enter during the checkout process.

If you have the bottle, you can buy the concentrate and just dilute it to your desire in the foaming bottle. It saves money but produces the same result.

This is by far the cheapest that you will find this MAGNIFICENT product. Just buy when the SHIPPING is FREE. It happened to be free for me at $25 & I bought 3 & a box of gloves.
You may see cheaper prices, but the S&H bring it up to $16-$18 or more.
It is well worth this price! Takes so very little!

I don't know of a place to buy it in bulk, but I switched to Dermacen which I get from Allegro. Less expensive and caregivers say works just as well as the Aloe 3 in 1.

I have been using this product for several years for bathing my bed-ridden husband. I don't even bother to shop around for better pricing because Allegro Medical always has the best pricing and the quickest shipping. Their discounts and offers of free shipping that come along can't be beat.

Allegro has the best price I know of on anything you're in the market for. There's another no-rinse cleaning product, which Allegro also sells, made by Coloplast, not a foam but it works very, very well and is not as expensive. A little messy in comparison, but Hey! We can't expect it all, can we?

Buying the foaming cleanser by the case (12 bottles) through Allegro saves about $3.27 overall -- about 27 cents a bottle, which is about 3 percent. Okay, not great but such discounts add up over time. A case of this product would total $104.13 versus $107.40 if 12 bottles were purchased individually. In addition, every so often, Allegro offers free shipping on purchases over $50 (you have to use the specially-assigned code at checkout). A case of this product would meet the $50 threshold as long as the product itself qualified (this month, it appears to). Timing your purchases to qualify for free shipping would save you consistently over the long run. Another idea might be to use the foam for the initial cleansing, then finish up with a more economical product such as McKesson StayDry (non-foaming) cleanser, which can be purchased by the gallon for refilling smaller spray bottles.

Worth the $ for the foam. You could buy one foam for the bottle, then buy the liquid (cheaper) and transfer it into the foam bottle as it works fine that way.
