I don't know why this product is treated as a beauty product on this review. It is a very effective ointment-like cream that our caregivers and I use as an alternative to A&D Cream on my husband's diaper area. It smells great and keeps his skin in good condition after cleansing, but it is too thick to use all over the body, and certainly not on the face. Excellent product, though.
