DermaGran BC is a pH balanced, protective, long-lasting perineal barrier with patented-base formulation designed to be effective in shielding against urine, feces and other wetness due to incontinence. The pH-balanced technology contains zinc and vitamin A for added protection against minor skin irritations.

This non-greasy formulation is easy to apply and to remove, and offers a long-lasting barrier effect, thus increasing wearer times. Latex free.

I am an RN in a wound clinic. We are having great results using dermagran on bedridden patients with this product. It clears up stage 1 pressure sores (red, excoriated) like nothing else we have used! After developing red, sore, raw upper lips from a cold,my husband and I both applied a small amount on the affected area at bedtime and WOW! what a difference in the morning! Feels great going on as well...no burning or stinging.

This is a nice thick paste-type barrier cream; however, in my experience using it on a small Stage II decubitus it did not adhere to the skin.
