Aids in keeping skin free of irritation; adhesive or appliance adheres to Skincote dressing, not skin. Does not have to be removed when changing bandage or appliance.

This product will sting on an open wound but as a skin barrier(for excessive taping)it worked good. Big different in cost for the non-sting
