As far as scar treatments go, this is basically like them all. It can be a tad greasy, but that depends on the person's skin type also. What works or does not work for one person's skin, may work or not work for others. It does soften the area a bit, and did reduce the mark a tad. I would purchase this before the others though, due to how it softens the skin area.
