This needle can be detached from the syringe, when I run out of needles that comes with this syringe, can I use an "over-the-needle" cannula to attach to this syringe as well?

alotta ppl get confused about this and ask me personally since i am on TRT for my low test levela, but to answer ur question the 23G needle is larger (meaning in thickness). The lower # gauge = bigger/thicker needle. im sure u know the length on both of those is similar but throwin it out there just in case. hope that helped

The 23 ga is larger then the 25 ga. When it comes to gauge thickness, the larger the number the smaller the needle.

Yes, that's what I use it for, although I don't do IM injections so if you do those you'll want a longer needle.
