I use this just to draw testosterone from the vial as its a thick oil and it works great and keeps my injection needle sharp for the injection. I would not recommend an 18g for injection though as its too thick, I use a 25g to inject.

We use this product to draw b 12 to be given to a dibetic, we use a 22 gauge 1.5 inch long needel purchased from Allegro Medical to give the actual shot. It is removable.
