We have twin girls born prematurely. We have to give 12 doses daily. The amount for each dose is like 0.5 ML or 0.6 ML. These syringes are easy to read and work up to 3.0 ML and do not leak or drip.
They do say "single use" and "not for oral use" but these are like what they used in the hospital so we are using them for oral medications. Also, we reuse them a few times before tossing them.
