These Are Just Okay Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Affordable. Protective.
Cons:
Flimsy.
Best Uses:
Daily Use. Emergencies.
Describe Yourself:
Caregiver.

These underpads are leak-proof, but they are very thin and flimsy. They are the least expensive so probably a comparable value. I use them in addition to reusable bed pads while changing my Mom's diapers so they are satisfactory for this use. They do not absorb much liquid so will not collect urine or feces, but they work for keeping pads and sheets from getting wet from sprays, wet wash cloths, and other things used during diaper changes. They also work well for a temporary cover in the wheelchair or in the car for a short ride.

These are just the right thing Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Easy Storage. Lightweight. Safe.
Best Uses:
Bowel Movement Clean Up. Following Surgery.
Describe Yourself:
Elderly. Caregiver.

My husband needs these at night. He's paralyzed and they protect his bed since he cannot tell when he'll have to have a BM. (I know this is bit gross, but it's what we really use them for) They work very well for this purpose. If you need heavy duty liquid protection I would suggest a somewhat heavier absorbency. You will get your order really fast, too!

I do like the larger size, but the absorbent part leaves a lot to be desired - it is far thinner than the durasorb brand I usually buy.

SCI people need a break in cost, yet they need quality. The cost of these is not out of line, but also not cheap. The quality is good for what I need.
