I am using this to increase comfort of sitting with arthritis of back and hips. I love that it so compact and easy to take from room to room and in a tote or purse to concerts, restaurants, waiting room. I was a bit skeptical because it is so thin, but the gel pads really work to relieve pressure and pain!
