I use the unisize McGuire urinal for travel and anytime I have any uncertainty about the availability of clean restrooms. Mild incontinence is no longer a fear or challenge for me. This product is even great for men who just need to extend their "range" between restrooms. For example, who wants to use airplane restrooms if there is an alternative? What about unexpected travel delays -- this could be the solution to prevent extremem discomfort. How about designing a suspension system based on an athletic support brief as an alternative to the current athletic supporter?

I really like the Mentor Mcguire urinal because it is comfortable, discrete, secure, and can be worn for long periods of time during international travel. This is a superior sulution to condom catheters or diapers. Use a little personal lubricant when fitting it to prevent wrinkling of the inner sheath (like a tight rubber band would be) and don't cut any of the sheath, to prevent later tearing. Also, insert only the penal head into the inner urinal space and wearing comfort will be extended to days instead of hours.

Comfortable for long periods of wear such as international travel. I've worn it for up to 4 cosecutive days with no discomfort. I like the unisize best because the sheath and supporter can be separately cleaned and dried. Hint for getting comfortable fit: use personal lubricant to insert male element into sheath such that inner sheath rests just behind the head and sensitive skin is not exposed to urine inside sheath.
