This is a sturdy, dependable walker. I already owned one of this model and I searched all over to get another one, as I've put 4 years of hard use on my previous one. I can't believe Allegro had it for less than half of what it cost 4 years ago!

My husband Melvin has had his drive walker for FEW YEARS. Not sure where Lakeview Hospital purchased for him. But he was sitting on it & one side of the back bars broke .Sending him on his backside. The walker is now bent on one side. I understand they are Guaranteed for life. How can you help me get him a replacement. Its a shame about defect, due to him taking special care it.The Serial # 1J60700114 & Item # 10230 Also F00036104500. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Thank You
