A regular 26 inch wide rolling walker does not work inside my house because I could not get around furniture. Also a regular walker wheels only roll forward or back which makes turning corners awkward. This food cart is only 18 inches wide and the wheels turn 360 degrees so getting around furniture and turning corners is easy. Use it to put away laundry and transport things from one room to another. LOVE IT!!
