Cons:

After using one of these platform walkers at physical therapy, it was important to have one at home so that my husband could get more practice on a walker. Such practice is necessary to build up endurance.

Adequately describes the product Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Supports Weight. Lightweight. Easy To Use.
Cons:
Hard to tighten. Too many knobs. Hard to grip handle.
Best Uses:
Short Distances. Indoors.
Describe Yourself:
Caregiver. Elderly.

User has permanently broken arm in removable cast. Finds handle difficult to grasp. External adjusting knobs protrude too far from walker -- snag on chairs, door jambs, etc. Unit does offer good arm support. We think it's a terrific product for people with more average to good arm/shoulder/hand strength. Unfortunately, user's specialized problems make it difficult to find health products that completely meet her needs, no matter how well designed they may be.
