Market Mate Rollator & Shopping Cart Combo

The Market Mate is a combination of a four-wheel rollator and a shopping cart. The Market Mate offers the ambulatory assistance of a rollator, while allowing the user to comfortably carry and store multiple items while shopping. Market Mate Features:

• 300 lb. capacity: whereas most standard rollators offer only a 250 lb. capacity
• Fold out seat: tubing on either side does not restrict the user, offering more legroom when seated. Also allows the occupant to turn and face friends or companions
• Large storage bag: Our bag is deeper and larger than typical bags that come on a standard rollator. This will allow the user to house more items while they shop. There are also multiple points of entry, which allows the user to secure personal items, while being able to easily access what is inside the bag. Bag closure without the tray installed for shopping and also a pass through so that items can be added to the bag when the tray is installed.
• Locking mechanism: a client can flip this lever (right hand side) and lock the Market-Mate in the open position. This is useful when loading the tray (heavily) and going over curbs and thresholds. Flipping the lever forward allows the unit to fold for storage.
• Adjustable Height: simply by opening the tabs on both sides, one can easily adjust the height of the handle. Adjustment height ranges are 34” to 38.75”. Since there is no knob and no un-screwing the Market-Mate is easier for the client with weak or arthritic hands (and no loose parts!)
• Single hand brake: placed conveniently across the entire length of the handle. This brake requires one hand to stop the unit and allows the other hand to be used for whatever task required by the client. A red lever in the center of the handle locks the wheels for sitting.
• Compact storage: Rock back the unit onto the two rear wheels and simply push down on the front of the pouch/tubing.
• Cables: unlike most rollators, or cables are mostly not visible and do not protrude. This is beneficial as the cables are far less likely to be snapped or get in the way when product is being used.
• Usage: client tends to walk closer to the Market Mate and not be as hunched over, which means better posture for client and indirectly less back pain.
