We have another walker which weighs more, so is difficult to transport, but is very rigid when mom uses it to pull herself up from a sitted position. The Royal Petite just doesn't have the same stability. I'm afraid she might fall, since the brakes don't hold well.

Question:
I purchased the Royal Petite R. W. in 12/09 because it weighs only 9lb. and I can lift it. One of the handles has broken off. I called you but could get no advice on how to repair it. The nearest place is probably Beaufort, SC. They charge $45 to look into repair, but need serial no., etc. I can provide that (MD60001527), Please advise as soon as possible, because I want to keep RPRW at 9 lb, rather than replacing it with a heavier model. Thanks.
