The baskets are a real help. I can go from place to place in one trip rather than make multiple trips. I use these items on a daily basis in order to get around freely and without the need for assistance. Thank you for your products.

Rollator OK but has issues Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Well Constructed. Lightweight.
Cons:
Difficult To Store.
Best Uses:
Indoors.
Describe Yourself:
Caregiver.

The pros are: light weight is a definite plus, it rolls easily and the brakes work well. The cons are: the basket is a problem because to fold the device, the basket must be removed, then stored separately. A flexible bag would be better. The wheels could be larger and softer, to make going over obstacles easier. Finally, the brakes, while they lock tightly, are stiff to use, which can be a problem for someone without much hand strength.

My jazzy new vehicle! Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Safe. Love the seat and brakes. Well Constructed. Supports Weight. Lightweight. Easy To Use.
Best Uses:
Indoors. Long Distances. Outdoors. Short Distances.
Describe Yourself:
Short Term User.

I had my third open spine surgery in ten years, this time fusing 6 new vertebrae. I use the walker around the house, outside (when taking strengthening walks), and to carry objects from room to room (drinks, sweater, throw blanket, book, etc.) We have two steps inside our house, on the first floor, and I am able to hold onto a railing and pull the walker up the two steps easily. Supposedly it weighs 15 pounds but it feels like 5 pounds.
