Pros:
affordable, easy to assem. affordable, easy to assem. ble.
Describe Yourself:
co-habitation.

This walker was to be used for my 84-yr-old mother-in-law to get to the bathroom from her living chair and back. It was easy to assemble, and easily adjustable, but she refuses to use it. So, unfortunately for my husband, I have to return it. She will continue to scream at him at all hours until he answers her call, gets out of bed, and helps her to the bathroom and back. Good product, questionable user.

Answer:
This one is 19" wide. Can't be much narrower for the average person, but if you have door width issues, you must deal with it. Good luck.

Answer:
One hint for dealing with narrow doors is to swap the wheel so that the wheel is on the inside of the walker frame. It is *nonstandard* usage (your PT will not be happy), but if it's a lot better than not using it!

Answer:
The ideal solution is to have it set by a Physical Therapist. If that is not an option, a good rule of thumb is to set the height so the hand grip is about even with your wristwatch when standing normally with arms relaxed at your sides. Then you can experiment with raising or lowering it a notch to find what is most comfortable.
