Zoom walker as knee scooter

Pros:
Sturdy. Stable. Low center of gravity. Wide wheel base. Large wheels. Underseat storage.

Handgrips not cushioned. Brake locks stiff.
Best Uses:
Indoors. Outdoors.
Describe Yourself:
Post-ankle surgery. In place of crutches. (non-weight-bearing). RA in hands/wrists.

I add a thick cushion on top of the seat and then rest my shin (with cast) on it and push off with the other foot to use this as a knee scooter. It is far more maneuverable indoors than the commercial knee scooters, as well as being lighter and less expensive. The lower seat height increases its stability (compared w/standard ht) and the 8
