No need to add air again.

Pros:
Can Withstand Use. No more flat tires.
Cons:
None.
Best Uses:
Daily Use. Home.
Describe Yourself:
Long Term User.

It is not hard to install the inserts. First put the tube insert into the tire. Then get the outside side wall(the side that goes toward the hand rim) bead on to the rim. You can use 3 flat blade screwdriver or tire tools. Next slide the tube insert over the rim completely. Finally install the inter tire bead onto the wheel. It is easier if you have two people to help hold the screwdrivers or tire tools in place so they don't slip.

Not as shown ;no holes through sides

Pros:
Durable strong. Can Withstand Use. Keep tires firm . Never leak or go low.
Cons:
Not as advertised. A struggle to install . Should come with wd-40.
Best Uses:
Home. Daily Use. Anyone anywhere.
Describe Yourself:
Caregiver.

I was disappointed at first of lack of holes like picture shows but turned out fine maybe even better . I think holes would add cushion but be even harder to install from tools snagging on them.

Hard to Install Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Convenient. Can Withstand Use.
Best Uses:
Home.
Describe Yourself:

I used these tube inserts on my sisters wheelchair. She alsways is getting flats. They were very difficult to install. They did not come with any directions or hints on how to get them installed. Fortunatley, I have worked on bicyles before and had a tire iron and knew to dampen with soapy water, otherwise we could have damaged the tire.
