A wheel chair was donated to my church for our loaner program and was in great shape except for one cracked arm. . . went on-line for wheel chair parts and there you were. I ordered 2 padded arms and they arrived within a couple of days. They were easy to install and look great-just match the seat. Thanks for the economical convenience!!

I gave these to the facilities manager for repair of wheelchairs we have. He said they look like they should work very well, but we have not had them in place long enough to know how they will hold up.

It was great to find replacement parts that really were universal; and easily installed. We've had the wheelchair for many years, and use it daily to get to and from shower and around when not using prosthetic. But just try to find arm rests. Duct taped for way too long. They are great. Even better was the terrific customer service on the 800 number. We've already recommended to our local pharmacy. I'm sure most people would like to get some extra life out of their wheelchairs.

 Is the distance between screws for fastening the armrest 9 inches? or 10 inches?
If the armrest doesn't fit, can I return it?

New Solutions (manufacturer) confirmed for me that these armrests have fasteners spaced at 9" (possibly more configurations, only asked for that one). Also, they are ordered by Each, not Pairs, just FYI.
