The pediatric length is perfect for me and I'm an average size woman. I don't enjoy all the extra strap dangling so this shorter belt is neater and actually easier to manage.

Relative.
Used with every use of the wheel chair by my mother. It holds her in place and is comfortable. The only negative is I have to belt her in and it is hard to reach as it hangs down the side of the chair, but it's needed for her safety. Prior to installation she slipped off her chair numerous times. Not anymore!
