Most any type reacher will snap into the Small side of the double clip and Large side clips on to a tubular device such as a wheelchair, walker frame or bed rail. It may be snapped onto tubing at any angle and rotated to support the reacher in a vertical position. | |

Great idea but elder would have trouble
Pros:
Easy Storage.
Safe.
Sturdy.

I purchased the clip to hold the reacher. But my elderly mother does not have the strength to store the reacher in the clip. She would need two hands. But, being in a wheelchair, coordinating two hands to that low level and yet having to lean to the one side is not possible.
It would be pratical for a normal person, though.
