The Breezy EC 4000 Wheelchair features durability in a lightweight design and a reclining back for those who require more adjustment. The reclining back provides full back and head support and reclines from 90° to 160°. The Breezy 4000 features a carbon steel frame, composite mag rear wheels, padded nylon upholstery, removable desk armrest and swingaway or elevating legrest.

I need a wheelchair that will recline and support my neck. I do not need it to be electric. Is there anything like this one that is a lighter weight and that Medicare pays for?
