Warranty Information |
| Sunrise warrants the frame and cross-brace of 1000, 2000, 2000HD and 3000 Series wheelchairs for five years and the 4000 Series for the lifetime of the wheelchair. This includes a three year warranty on the rear tires, 90 day warranty on the upholstery and 1 year warranty on all other parts and components. Please reference the User Instruction Manual for detailed warranty information. |

Comfortable seat and arm rests and easy to maneuver for my husband. A bit heavy, but that helps it to be sturdy.

The only issue I have with this chair stems from my other chair. The armrests are made of plastic. If you are a large person, and you must be since you ordered this chair, the armrests will break if you use them to lift yourself out of the chair. My therapist has me doing push-ups in my chair and this caused the armrests to break on my other chair. So far this hasn't happened with the new one. It is still a very good product for the price. You could go through three or four of these chairs before you spend what they want for others and they may not be any better quality. [...]

Does this chair fold so that it could be carried in the trunk of the car. Would I be able to propel this chair on my own to go from a parking lot into say a hospital to visit a patient or would I need someone to push the chair? My sister is hospitalized and I would like to be able to go to visit her but it is a long distance for me to go using my crutches or a walker. Thanks.
