I bought these because my tennis shoes rubbed a blister on the back of my foot/leg. I expected this to be like other blister bandages I have used before which stay on my skin for days until I work it off. While it somewhat stayed on during exercise, it came off immediately when I took my socks off. So, I've had to use a new one every time I begin exercise.
