Pros:
Effective.
Cons:
Difficult to Use.
Describe Yourself:
Parent. Novice First Aid Skills.

These are the best product for keeping patches dry and in place for days at a time, however if water does get under them the reaction with the Fentanyl can greatly irritate the skin.

J & J Bioclusive - Expensive Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Safe. Easy To Use. Effective. Promotes Healing.
Best Uses:
Long Term Use.
Describe Yourself:
Patient. Medical Professional.

This product is used to cover and protect a wound. Although it is expensive, what isn't these days. If someone could recommend a generic brand that is cheaper, that would be a great help. I'm a C5/6 quadriplegic and I'm in the process of keeping a wound moist and healing. It's becoming really expensive using this stuff.

Used to hold fentanyl patches on. Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Effective. Stays on.
Cons:
Pricey. Messy. Doesn't need to be steril. Difficult to Use.
Best Uses:
Keep In The Medicine Cabinet. Keep In The Trunk. Emergency Preparedness.
Describe Yourself:
First Aid Skills. Patient.

On the 4x5 patches it is best to have someone apply them for you. Too hard to do by yourself.

Just what I needed and ordered. Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Effective. Easy To Use.
Best Uses:
Long Term Use. Outdoor Activities.
Describe Yourself:
Novice First Aid Skills.

This product is used as a cover for pain patches. The pain patch has a small frame of adhesive around the outer edge of the patch which should allow the patch be worn for 72 hrs. However, the adhesive frame does not allow the patch to stay on for the intended time especially during a shower. The bioclusive patch by Johnson & Johnson has allowed the patch to be more effective and not as much of a problem when wearing.
