This dressing has a lot of uses. I use it mostly for the blisters I get on my feet from running long distances. It heals them faster than if I had let them air dry. Because the dressing is moist, it alleviates the pain when the blisters pop. I've also used it on minor cuts and scrapes, minor burns and even bug bites. It heals these skin ailments quicker and provides pain relief. Can be stored in the fridge for more cooling effect. Can be cut to desired size. Although the dressing can be placed on wounds without adhesive dressing tape, I'd recommend using it in conjunction as the dressing tape prevents the dressing from drying prematurely. Also with tape on, you can shower with the dressing in place. Can be left on for 2 days straight and you can apply antibiotic ointment prior to applying the dressing. Very effective product and good to keep in your emergency kit.
