I have used Dale collar since it came in the market. It is the MOST wonderful thing ever happenned since the twill string. I use it with drain sponges for trach leakage. It is of great use, because the velcro fasteners can be unfastened on one side to do trach care. In this way one side is secured while working on the other. Always, keep a finger on the side you NOT working to prevent any accident.
