Invacare Soft Sponge Fenestrated
The Invacare Soft Sponge Fenestrated is a 100% viscose, non-woven, rayon sponge. It is effective in reduction of fluid pooling to establish a drier wound site. It is pre-cut, u-shaped fenestration to fit around most drains, catheters and tubes. Excellent absorbency, fast wicking and low linting.

I use the split sponges under the bumper of my feeding tube. Packs of 2 are easy to open and extract a single sponge. I find them easy to install around the feeding tube above the stoma. I have used them for 5 years and am very happy with them.

I use it under my husbands trach and he said that it is very comfortable against his skin. He has had no skin breakdown with this item protecting his skin.
