Textile with Antimicrobial Silver Complex


InterDry Ag is a skin fold management system specially designed to manage moisture, odor and inflammation in skin folds and other skin-to-skin contact areas. A knitted polyester textile dressing impregnated with silver complex, InterDry Ag textile provides effective antimicrobial action for up to five days and significantly improves the symptoms associated with intertrigo, maceration, denudement, inflammation, itching, erythema and satellite lesions. The textile fune functions by wicking moisture away to keep skin dry and provides a friction reducing surface to reduce the risk of skin tears and pressure ulcers. InterDry Ag is latex-free and has a 2-year shelf life.

Used for my husband .

cut 2 strips for each side of the groin area. This keeps this area free of perspiration and odor. You can leave on for 3 to 5 days, remove while showering and put back. (unless soiled too much) Learned of this product while husband was in the hospital. They used it on him at that time. I am so glad we learned of the product.

Is it true that the interdry Ag cloth can be washed many times and re-used? IF so, what are the recommended guidelines for washing, and how many washings can it endure before the effectiveness changes? Tx
