Describe Yourself:
CPR Trained. Instructor Trainer.

being plagued by chronic injuries as a result of lifelong high-intensity training and as an exercise instructor for over 30 years, I'm always looking for the magic pain-relief, haven't found it yet...a very big drawback as far as I'm concerned, it want stick too well in the pool...it will also roll up under loose fitting cover with repetitive moves...haven't noticed much in the pain-relief department, does make good conversation piece though...

Describe Yourself:
Novice First Aid Skills. Parent. arthritis sufferer.

I first experienced kinesio tape when I went for PT for a totally different reason. The therapist saw my 30 year old scar from a shattered ankle (bone on bone daily pain) and taped it for me - there was an immediate improvement. The permanent swelling went down, I had more flexibility and less pain. Thrilled to find this tape on your site!

Alternative uses

Pros:
Easy To Use. Effective.
Best Uses:
Quick Fix. Outdoor Activities.
Describe Yourself:
wheelchair user.

I travel a lot. Sometimes with friends. I have a folding wheelchair and when I'm not alone, I sit back and relax and let them mess with the wheelchair. Sometimes they're a little rough. I try not to complain but they scratch the paint when they scrape :( my poor wheelchair. Bottom line, I use the tape for covering the scratches. Could just paint it, but the tape adds a personal decorative touch- not to mention protection from the next 'rough' wheelchair handler. It lasts a long time.
