Kinesio Tape is a super thin athletic tape, about the same thickness and the elasticity of skin and muscles. Kinesio Tape is made of a porous cotton fabric with a medical grade acrylic adhesive that allows the skin under the tape to breathe and be cleaned while showering.

I suffer from lymphedema following masectomy. I can control the swelling almost completely with kinesio tape. the key was placing a fan shape up arm with lymphedema and then across the chest to the good arm. I love it!!

Novice First Aid Skills.
This product assisted me with pulled muscles in my shoulder. Placed the tape on the shoulder to assist in allowing the shoulder to heal. It supported the muscles during golfing and other activities and seemed to work. I would not hesitate to use it again.
