This tape was used and recommended by my daughter's physical therapist. It is the only product we have found that will actually hold a shoulder "in place". It helps her feel secure while tumbling at cheerleading and pole vaulting during track season.

When used with Cover-Roll Stretch Non-woven Bandage, it isolates specific muscles that are painful and spasmed to inhibit movement and promote relief of pain. Also used to target muscles to promote movement to strengthen target muscles.
