Very sticky! do not use directly on skin. Keeps my knee caps in place while playing sports. Only bad part is that I have wrecked a couple of rolls by leaving in my softball bag. The heat made the tape ineffective. Keep in a cool place.

This tape was used and recommended by my daughter's physical therapist. It is the only product we have found that will actually hold a shoulder "in place". It helps her feel secure while tumbling at cheerleading and pole vaulting during track season.
