DermaGran-B Hydrophilic Wound Dressing
with Zinc plus Vitamins A and B6
DermaGran B provides filler for the wound. Formulated with a patented zinc-nutrient formulation and, along with its balanced pH technology, DermaGran-B provides a moist, mildly acidic environment conducive to wound healing.
Contains ionic zinc, vitamin A, vitamin B6, calcium and magnesium.
Indications: Skin ulcers (diabetic, venous stasis), stage I-IV pressure sores, surgical incisions and superficial injuries such as minor partial thickness thermal burns, superficial lacerations, cuts or abrasions. Non-Sterile. Latex-Free.

I have used this before. I am currently on a chemo pill and my skin is very dry and breaks out. This helps with both. Excellent product.

Great item!

I have a large skin graft over my knee area that has "imported" muscle directly under the graft. If the surface dried out, I would get some small fluid filled blisters that created problems. Keeping that area smooth and moist was very difficult. I got the DermaGran-B to put onto the knee area twice a day, and the grafted skin has a much smoother and pliant quality. Since the ointment is not terribly greasy, it is more pleasant to use and does not make as much of a mess on my clothing. The most important thing is that this ointment works well and has made an uncomfortable area much more comfortable and healthy. I also have a large healing wound area (from where the muscle was gleaned to fill my knee area) that can benefit from using the DermaGran-BI plan to keep DermGran-B on hand at all times. The price is very reasonable for the terrific results it gives!
