The Molnlycke Mefix Dressing Fixation Fabric Tape secures gauze, tubes, cannulas, dressings and drainage devices, even to awkward areas of the body. The fabric is porous and non-absorbing to minimize fluid strike-through. Air and moisture-vapor permeable. The Mefix Dressing also has a non-irritating adhesive layer which allows the skin to breathe.

Traditional bandaids always irritate my skin..a problem given frequent mole removals. Mefix does it all...great adhesion, easy to create custom dressings, HYPOALLERGENIC. Stays on through heavy activity, but comes off well.
No negatives at all for me.
